致在宝外籍人士疫情防控倡议书
A Letter to Foreign Nationals Living and Travelling in Baoji
亲爱的在宝外籍朋友：
Dear friends,
当前，全球新冠肺炎病毒疫情持续蔓延，宝鸡市近日也出现新冠肺炎确诊病例。宝鸡市委、市政府正采取科学、严谨、快速、果断的防疫措施全力阻断疫情扩散蔓延。在此，我们向在宝的各位外籍人士提出如下倡议：
The pneumonia caused by COVID-19 is sweeping the world and cases have been reported in Baoji since March 8th. The CPC Baoji Municipal Committee and the People’s Municipal Government of Baoji are making concerted and coordinated prevention and control efforts. The Foreign Affairs Office of Baoji Government hereby sends the following messages to the foreign nationals living and traveling in Baoji:
一、积极配合防控。请密切关注近期国内、省内及我市疫情动态，若您与已公布的新增本土确诊病例活动轨迹有交集，请第一时间向您所在村(社区）、单位和入住酒店等管理主体报备，并积极配合工作人员进行核酸检测，落实相关排查管控措施。
1. Be responsible and cooperative
In case of recent visit to affected areas or having contact with people from these areas, please report to the designated local hospitals or foreign affairs office by phone as soon as possible. Then heed personal health more, stay at home for ample rest and reduce outdoor activities. Please support and cooperate with the government, community or medical staff for health information inquiries and collection.
二、减少聚集流动。请严格遵守所在地疫情管控措施，非必要不外出。若必须外出，请规范佩戴口罩，尽量避免前往人员密集场所，谨慎邀请非必要人员或健康状况不明人员进入居所，最大限度减少暴露或感染风险。
2. Reduce or avoid outdoor activities
Please avoid crowded areas, and cancel parties, group dinners and other activities. In case of emergency, please wear a surgical mask before you go outdoors. Avoid or reduce public traffic as you can.
三、加强个人防护。坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风，保持安全社交距离等良好卫生习惯。若出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退、腹泻等不适症状，请做好个人防护，及时前往就近的医疗机构发热门诊就诊排查，就医途中不要乘坐公共交通工具。
3. Keep good personal Hygiene
Please keep good personal hygiene habits. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub. When such symptoms as fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, or general weakness occur, please wear a surgical mask and seek care right away at designated hospitals in Baoji.
四、尽早接种疫苗。及时规范接种疫苗仍是预防新冠病毒感染、传播特别是避免发生危重症及死亡病例的最有效手段。为了更好地保护您和家人，建议您和家人在没有接种禁忌症的情况下，按照“知情自愿”原则，积极接种新冠疫苗，共同建立群体免疫。
4. Take vaccines as early as possible
It was reported that vaccination are effective measures against COVID-19. For the health of you and your family, please take vaccines as early as possible.
五、关注权威信息。请关注宝鸡市人民政府网站及宝鸡日报、宝鸡广播电台、宝鸡电视台、宝鸡新闻网、宝鸡卫生健康等官方媒体平台，获取疫情防控官方信息，不信谣、不传谣。市委外事办24小时服务电话（0917-3261290）将一直为您开通，如需帮助请随时拨打。
5. Follow the latest updates from the authorities
Please follow the news released by the official media of Baoji Government to obtain the latest updates of the disease, information of designated hospitals for patients with the novel coronavirus, preventive measures, and important notices. You may also call the 24-hour hotline of Baoji Foreign Affairs Office at 0917-3261290 for relevant information.
